Program Director, Compassionate Leadership Teacher Training
I currently serve as the Director of Teacher Training for the nonprofit, Center for Compassionate Leadership. In this role, I support and manage our Accredited Teacher team around the world, who are committed to bringing compassion into their organizations and communities.
Program Manager, Rolling out Mindfulness to Bhutan Ministry of Education
Served as Program Manager at Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, born at Google, and collaborated with Bhutanese Ministry of Education to bring mindfulness and emotional intelligence programs to all 10,000 of the country’s primary and secondary school teachers. We did this by training and certifying 120 Bhutanese trainers.
Program Design, Corporate Leadership Programs
Partner with organizations to create custom leadership development programs for their leaders and teams. Partnered with the following organizations to support their leadership program design: Medtronic, Walmart, Asana, Deloitte, KPMG, Toyota, Oracle, McKesson, Google, and more. I also serve as a program learning designer for two fantastic leadership firms called REWILD Work and PurposeBlue Consulting.
Program Director, Women’s Leadership Conference
Served as Director of Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute, a global conference that brought together over 1,000+ women leaders from the world’s most progressive companies focused on advancing women’s leadership. Managed our client advisory board, working with companies like: Toyota, US Bank, FedEx, Oracle, McKesson, University of Michigan, etc.
